 Good evening everyone. Welcome to the Friday night Bible Study. Tonight we're going to wrap up the last two chapters in the Book of Romans and then next Bible Study, next Friday night we'll get into the Book of 1st Corinthians, the Epistle of 1st Corinthians. So let's begin where we left off last time. We're here in Romans 15, Verse 7. It says, Therefore receive one another just as Christ also received us to the glory of God. So he starts off, therefore he introduces here the conclusion of a discussion that began back in Chapter 14 and Verse 1. And the command to receive one another is addressed to all of us who believe in and to all who believe back then, the people that he was speaking to. Verse 8, now I say that Jesus Christ has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of God to confirm the promises made to the Fathers. ... |
