As Mr. Matherly said it's just a short 3 weeks before we do again, have Passover service. The Spring Holy days are upon us and where the time has gone, has gone very quickly as the years keep ticking by. But as we come to this season again, you know we are reminded of it. We want to reflect back and we want to certainly see where our growth or our areas of maybe no growth. Maybe we're stuck in an area but that plagues us that we need to continue to work on.
